What do I need to consider when ordering a language service online?

For instance, a poem may be more difficult to translate than a user manual, and a transcription of one person speaking will certainly be easier to type up than five people in a group whose talk overlaps. 3. If you are ordering a translation: select the source language (the language of your document) from the drop-down list, and a target language (the language into which the document needs to be translated).
5. If you are ordering a transcription: select the source of the spoken words (an audio or a video file) from the drop-down list.
4. Enter the required quantity of units. The unit for translations and proofreading is the word. The unit for transcriptions is the minute.

6. When you have selected all the items you need, go to your cart by clicking on "Cart" in the menu at the top of the page.
7. At checkout enter your name, address, phone number, email address and payment details. Stripe accepts major international cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as mobile wallets Apple Pay and Android Pay. Use the message box for special instructions or details of file formats and delivery requests. Click the "Commit to buy" button to complete the ordering process and initiate secure payment through Stripe.
8. Once checkout is complete, you will be sent an automatically generated order confirmation to the email address you provided.
9. Next, you will receive an email from Alexandra Hirsch. This will be sent to the email address you provided with your order and will contain information about how to send your material or questions relating to the specific details of your files. You will normally receive this email within 24 hours of placing the order, but please allow up to 48 hours due to time differences, holidays, etc.
10. If for any reason the order has to be cancelled, this can be done by contacting the owner of the site at [email protected]. A full refund will be given via the original payment method.
