Q: What if I don't know the quantity of words in my text / the number of minutes of my recording?
A: Enter a number that you consider to be a good estimate. If this turns out to be very wide off the mark, you will be contacted by email before work on your order commences and asked to order additional units. Please check your email inbox for messages, if you think this may be the case, and allow extra time for the completion of your order.
Q: Can I split my order?
A: Yes, you can split any item into parts for ordering and payment purposes. There is no minimum requirement on orders, but items (texts, recordings) cannot be accepted in instalments. If you would like to send items in instalments (e. g. some pages of a website, chapters of a book), please get in touch with me before placing the order.
Q: My oder is urgent. Can you speed it up?
A: Sometimes work can commence immediately on your order or the order can receive priority handling. However, this cannot be guaranteed and you cannot enter due dates for your orders on the order page at this time. Also bear in mind that for very large projects completion time may exceed your expectations because Witinall does not employ outside contractors unless requested by the client.
Q: What if I change my mind about an item? Do I need to cancel my order?
A: You do not need to cancel an order for any item that you wish to exchange for another item of the same size, if work has not begun on your data. Simply write to me and send me the new data.
Q: What happens to my personal data?
A: Your personal data (name, address, email address, phone number and VAT-Number, if applicable) are stored for seven (7) years from the date of completion of your order. During checkout you will also be asked to supply personal data (your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number and payment card number) to Stripe, and you will be provided with a hyperlink to the Privacy Policy of Stripe. Please read this carefully before agreeing to it.
Q: What happens to my data once the order is complete?
A: All electronically stored materials sent by you and all work products produced from them are stored electronically on the computer belonging to Alexandra Hirsch (or on paper, if this was requested by you) for the duration of the project and for 14 days following the delivery of the finished work product, after which date they will be deleted from the hard drive. Items sent by post will be returned to you free of charge or destroyed.
Q: I think I need changes made to the product. How do I order those?
A: Revisions can only be ordered via email at [email protected], not on the website.
Q: I did not receive my finished product. What do I do?
A: If you requested delivery by email, cloud storage or any other form of electronic transmission, please contact me at [email protected] immediately. If you did not receive a product that you requested to be sent by post or courier service, you should allow for a short delay and then write to me.
